Kentucky State Police say they have tracked down a man wanted for murder after a DUI accident in Bath County last fall.

A grand jury indicted Christopher Miller, 31, for DUI and murder after the deadly crash in October 2011. Police say Miller lost control of his car along US-60, went through a fence and slammed into a tree. A passenger in his car, 39-year-old Scotty Conley, died in that crash.

KSP officials say troopers found Miller near his home on Betty Gap Ridge Road in Menifee County Thursday night and made an arrest.
