Lexington police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting last spring.

According to court documents, Jamaur Lee Yocum, 24, and another person, stole money from a man in front of an apartment complex on Winburn Drive May 18. Police say Yocum's partner shot the victim as he ran away.

Police arrested Yocum on Friday and charged him with robbery.

Investigators have not released the name of Yocum's accomplice.
