Police have released the identities of four people flown to UK Hospital early Friday morning after a serious crash in Lincoln County.

Investigators say Jordan Phelps was driving on Highway 1194 when his car slammed head-on into a pick-up truck.

Phelps was found in a near-by ditch and flown to UK, where he is listed in fair condition. Tatiana McCourt, and two young girls, Kayley and Hayley Board, who were all riding in the pickup truck, were all flown to UK but they were later released.

The driver of the pickup truck, Eric Board was taken to a local hospital.

Police say it is still unclear what caused the crash.
