Frankfort Police have released the name of a man who died in a early-morning car crash Monday.

The accident happened at about 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Kentucky 676 and Versailles Road (U.S. 60). Police say Margaret Moore, 21, of Frankfort, was turning left from the ramp of Kentucky 676 to proceed westbound on Versailles Road when she collided nearly head-on with a car driven by Ross J. Smith, 23, also of Frankfort. Moore was treated and released at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Smith was pronounced dead after arriving at the Medical Center.

The collision investigation is continuing by the Frankfort Police.
