Police say they found a woman passed out in the driver's seat of a car in the drive-thru lane of a Lexington fast food restaurant Tuesday night.
According to court documents, Siller Butcher, 41, was unconscious when officers approached her car in the drive-thru lane of Hardee's on New Circle Road. Police say Butcher's 8-year-old son was upside down in the passenger seat, with his head on the floorboard. An officer had to reach into the car and put it in park. Police say they found Xanax and Oxycodone pills in Butcher's purse.
Police arrested Butcher and charged her with DUI, endangering the welfare of a minor and several drug crimes.
