Lexington police found nearly 30 pounds of marijuana during a drug bust Tuesday night.

According to court documents, officers spotted Fidel Lora Bahena, 23, and Octavio Vicencio, 21, getting pot from Jose Luis Ponce-Hernandez, 35, along Devonport Drive around 8 p.m. Officers say they located another 20 pounds of marijuana inside Ponce-Hernandez's SUV. Police say Bahena told them he and Vicencio paid $850 per pound for the marijuana and that they planned to resell it in smaller amounts.

Police charged all three men with trafficking marijuana.
