Tayshaun Prince is in the process of becoming a Memphis Grizzlie, according to an ESPN report.
After ten years with the Detroit Pistons, the former Wildcat is moving on to only his second NBA team.
Prince is averaging 12 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists a game this season.
The trade also means the former first round pick from Kentucky is going from a team that would miss the playoffs if they began today to the number four seed in the Western Conference.
The player headlining the three-team trade is Rudy Gay -- the leading scorer for the Grizzlies. Gay will now join the Toronto Raptors.
