A Pulaski County man has been arrested and charged with three counts of impersonating a peace officer.
Police arrested Paul Edwards, 44, of Bronston on Saturday. They say on separate occasions between July 3-5, Edwards pulled over a golf cart operating on Kentucky 790, and also stopped two four-wheelers. Police say Edwards represented himself as either a federal agent or with law enforcement, and that his Ford Crown Victoria had a spotlight with a push bar.
Police also say Edwards was armed on one occasion with a small handgun and had handcuffs in his vehicle.
