A Pulaski County man and woman accused in the abuse of the woman's child have been indicted.

Lemuel Burton, 29, and Kendra Johnson, 23, originally surrendered to police in November and were later released on bond. But now, a grand jury has indicted the pair on abuse charges involving the four-year-old, who was found to have bruising around the head, neck and face.

Burton was re-arrested Tuesday, but so far there's no sign of Johnson.Both are charged with first-degree criminal abuse.
