The retrial of a man accused of killing his parents in Scott County will continue Tuesday.

A jury was seated in the Anthony Gray trial on Monday.

Prosecutors say Gray gunned down his parents, James and Vivian Gray, to collect insurance money back in 2007. Anthony Gray confessed, but claims police tricked him.

A judge declared a mistrial in January of 2012 after the jury failed to reach a verdict.

The trial is expected to last about two weeks.
