Here are updated road conditions across central and eastern Kentucky as of 6 a.m. from the Kentucky State Police.
Post 4 - Elizabethtown: Roads are wet. It is 33 degrees and snowing.
Post 5 - Campbellsburg: Roadways slick and hazardous. It is 32 degrees with steady snowfall.
Post 6 - Dry Ridge: All roadways snow covered. Slick and hazardous patches on bridges and overpasses. Snow is falling and the temperature is 24 degrees.
Post 7 - Richmond: Roads are wet and slick in spots. Use caution on I-75, I-64 and the parkways. Current temperature is 34 degrees.
Post 8 - Morehead: Snow is falling. Mountain Parkway was snow covered, but has been treated. AA Highway is mostly wet with some snowy patches. I-64 is mainly wet. Secondary roads mostly clear, but snow is starting to accumulate on bridges in some areas. Current temperature is 31 degrees.
Post 9 - Pikeville: Light snow is falling. Most roadways are wet with isolated slick spots in higher elevations. Current temperature is 31 degrees.
Post 10 - Harlan: Roads clear, no precipitation at this time.
Post 11 - London: All roads clear. Current temperature is 30 degrees with no precipitation at this time.
Post 12 - Frankfort: All roads wet with slight snow accumulation beginning. It is snowing with a temperature of 32 degrees.
Post 13 - Hazard: Primary and secondary roads mostly clear with some isolated slick spots. Snow falling, but no measurable accumulation at this time.
Post 14 - Ashland: Snow reported across the district. Roadways becoming snow covered, slick and hazardous. Some minor accidents being reported. Current temperature is 33 degrees.
Post 15 - Columbia: Roadways clear and dry. No precipitation is falling and the temperature is 32 degress.
Post 16 - Henderson: Most roadways wet, with no reports of slick spots. Some accumulation of light snow with light rain mixing in. Current temperature is 34 degrees.
