No one was injured, but the Maysville Ledger Independent reports that two vehicles were damaged after a rock slide on Kentucky 11 in Mason County.
Large chunks of rock debris fell from a limestone wall onto the highway just after 6:30 Thursday night, closing the northbound lane of the highway for more than an hour.
Officials say the slide was more than likely related to freezing and thawing of the ground throughout the winter which loosened the hillside.
