A slowly approaching cold front will keep your Stormtracker forecast unsettled over the next few days. Starting Wednesday we'll track scattered mainly afternoon and evening showers and t-storms. A few strong storms with heavy rain are possible but the severe threat will remain on the low end. With repeated rounds of showers and storms we could see 1-3" of rain as we wrap up the week- we'll need to keep a close eye on the flooding potential through this weekend.
Expect highs in the low to mid 80s today and muggy air that will make it feel hotter. A few showers and storms will hang on overnight with lows in the upper 60s. Thursday will see the front draped over southern Indiana and Ohio and slowly heading southeast. A few more showers and storms are possible but will become more widespread Thursday night into Friday as that front finally makes a run at the Commonwealth. Highs through the end of the week will remain in the 80s.
