Search Continues For Woman Missing In E. Kentucky

The search continues for a missing elderly Ohio woman who disappeared into the woods of eastern Kentucky.

Investigators say 79-year-old Florence Tkach is an Alzheimer's patient who came to Lawrence County with her caretaker to celebrate Thanksgiving. She was last seen Wednesday night wearing only blue jeans, a short-sleeved white shirt and one shoe. 

Crews have been searching by foot, four-wheeler, helicopter, and boat on the nearby Big Sandy River. A search dog found Tkach's other shoe, but no other sign of her has been found.
