A second victim of a deadly shooting at a Louisville church has passed away.

69-year-old Marvin Fisher died Sunday morning.

Police said Mahmoud Yousef Hindi opened fire at an east Louisville Homeowners Association meeting Thursday at the Springdale Community Church.

73-year-old David Merritt was also killed.

Hindi pleaded not guilty Saturday morning in court. He is charged with murder, assault and seven counts of wanton endangerment.
