Police in Clark County have arrested a second man charged in an ongoing arson investigation.

Investigators say Brandon Guy and Aaron Spencer torched Kenneth Payton's home back on Oct. 21.

Investigators say Payton was apparently a victim of assault prior to the fire. According to the Winchester Sun, detectives testified that Payton's long-time girlfriend, Pamela Cantor, told them that she and the three men were drinking inside the home and there was a fight that night.

Police continue to investigate and have not filed any charges in connection with Payton's death. Investigators say autopsy results are still pending.
