Sentencing has been delayed for a man who admitted to posing as a doctor in Lexington.

Dean Willoughby of Mount Sterling was charged with 74 counts of practicing medicine without a license and sexual abuse. In May, he pleaded guilty to every count where a victim was available to testify against him, avoiding a trial.

Willoughby will be sentenced later this month. He faces as many as 15 years in prison.
