The Lexington woman who ran over and killed her Goddaughter will not be sentenced in the case as planned Monday.
Police say Julie Reese was driving less than 5 miles per hour back in June 2011 when Sierra Hubbard, 12, attempted to get into the van Reese was driving at Constitution Park and fell. Hubbard died from severe head trauma.
At the time, police say Reese tested positive for marijuana. In court, as Reese plead guilty to reckless homicide, the judge ordered she be drug tested. Reese admitted she had smoked pot since the accident.
There is no word on when Reese will be sentenced.
