Serial Bank Robber Pleads Guilty

A serial robber has pleaded guilty to charges he held up a number of banks and retailers across the southeast, including Kentucky.

Chad Schaffner, 38, entered the guilty plea in US District Court in Tennessee.

Last May, Schaffner robbed a Louisville bank as well as locations in five other states. At one point, police even used billboards to try to track Schaffner down.
