A crash in Lexington sent a man to the hospital Saturday afternoon.

Police say it happened on Hume Road just past Adena Lane.

The driver told police someone was driving in his lane when he tried to swerve out of the way and hit a tree.

The car ended up in a ditch.

The driver is expected to be okay.
