Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 cup sliced asparagus
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Heat sesame oil in large skillet. Add asparagus,sesame seeds,ginger,garlic,and shallot. Cook one minute, stirring. Add sprouts and bell pepper, cook one more minute. Add lime juice and soy sauce, stir and serve.
