A United plane headed from Newark to Nashville was diverted to Blue Grass Airport Monday morning after officials believe a lightning strike caused smoke to fill the cabin.

The plane, flight 4547, landed at the airport at about 9 a.m. No injuries were reported. It is unclear how many passengers were on the plane, but it is believed to be about 50.

The airline said that they are going to transfer the passengers to a different plane.
