Clouds will increase as we head into this evening and the overnight hours with the chance for a few rain or snow showers by the pre-dawn hours. Overnight lows will drop to about 31 so there will be the chance for some slick spots early Wednesday morning. Temperatures won't rise all that much through the day on Wednesday...only topping out in the mid to upper 30s...so it will be a cloudy and raw day with rain and some light snow showers persisting. Accumulation-wise we could see anywhere from a coating to an inch across eastern counties. By Thursday we return to sunshine and highs near 40. Friday we'll pick up a few more clouds with temperatures in the low 40s. As for the weekend...it will be MUCH colder with highs barely making it above the freezing point with the chance for a few snow showers both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures rebound back to the mid and upper 40s again next week.
