As of a bit after 10:00 there are 2 areas of concern in the short term. The first is in a line from near London to McKee and Campton. This is a line of strong thunderstorms producing very heavy rainfall and intense lightning. We're tracking the potential for that line to show severe characteristics, but haven't seen any yet. This will be pushing to the east/southeast.
The second area is the cluster of discrete thunderstorms west of E-town. They have a history of being severe and are moving northeast.
The main squall line with the greatest threat for severe weather won't arrive until Friday morning, but we'll continue to monitor these storms and others through the night.
