The gust front responsible for the wind damage in central and eastern Kentucky (with virtually no rain!) continues moving south.

At 8:25 it extends from Mt. Vernon to Hazard to north of Whitesburg. The line does finally look to be losing its strongest winds, but occasional gusts to 50 mph are still possible with this line and just north of it. We're still seeing wind gusts to 25 in Lexington.

It's in the mid and upper 90s south and west of this line and low and mid 80's north of it.
