A group of college students played a big role in a rescue Thursday at the Red River Gorge. A woman, 21, was hiking with her boyfriend when she fell 80 feet off a cliff.
25 students from Gettysburg College were spending spring break at the Gorge. They happened to all be trained as wilderness first responders. They were able to help forestry officials carry the woman two miles through the woods.
No word on the woman's condition.
