Lexington Police say three people suffered minor injuries when a suspected drunk driver clipped them with his car in the parking lot of Horseshoes Saloon on North Broadway early Monday morning.

Police say the suspect took off.

Officers say they arrested a man for DUI at Radcliff and Benton a short time later. He also had outstanding warrants. Investigators say they are questioning that suspect regarding the hit and run incident, but he has not been charged at this time.

EMS treated the three victims at the scene. They are expected to be OK.
