LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - U.S. Marshals have arrested two men charged in the fatal shooting of a teenager on a Louisville transit bus.
WAVE-TV reported 22-year-old Jeffery Kingdon and 20-year-old Martin Keehn Jr. were captured in Indianapolis.
The men were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury on July 27 in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Rico Cortez Robinson Jr., who was killed July 23. The coroner's office ruled Robinson died at the scene of a single gunshot wound to the head. No one else on the bus was injured.
Kingdon and Keehn were indicted on charges of complicity to murder, complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment and complicity to first-degree tampering with physical evidence.
