Fire destroyed a barn in Harrison County early Thursday morning, prompting firefighters to call in arson investigators.
Fire crews arrived to find the barn along Avena Road engulfed in flames.
There were no reported injuries.
John Sosbe's grandfather owned the barn before passing away. It's been passed down for generations. Sosbe says it has not been used for a while, but there was still a truck, some farm equipment and hay inside.
The isolated location raises questions about how the fire might have started.
"There haven't been people down here, it's away from the house and the rest of the property. It's remote enough that we're concerned," Sosbe said.
