An SUV crashed into the back of a car and flipped along New Circle Road early Friday morning.

The accident happened between the Harrodsburg Road and Nicholasville Road exists. Police say the car continued on for nearly a half mile before stopping.

EMS transported the driver of the SUV to the hospital with what appear to be non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the car was shaken up, but not injured.
