A Hardin county teaching assistant has been arrested on charges he sexually abused a 4-year old relative.

Gary Lou Martin is facing sodomy and sex abuse charges. Police say Martin is a teaching assistant at Parkway Elementary School, which is in Radcliff.

His bond has been set at 75-thousand dollars, full cash... and he is expected to go to court on the charges september 30th.
