A shocking investigation in Jackson County where three high school teenagers are accused of kidnapping and attempting to kill a friend.

State Police say 18 year old Cheyenne Williams was taken against her will April 16th to the Flat Lick Falls area of Jackson County. According to investigators, she was assaulted by 18 year old Corinne Schwab of McKee, 18 year old Ashley Sams of McKee and a juvenile who attempted to push her over a cliff.

Williams was able to escape and get help.

Schwab, Sams and the juvenile are all charged with criminal attempt to commit murder and kidnapping.

Friends tell LEX 18 Williams was attacked for one reason only, because she is homosexual.
