The cold air is invading in a big way as we continue through this afternoon and evening. The warmth of the weekend is still holding in southeast Kentucky where Harlan is still in the 50's. However you can see the temperatures fall quickly to the northwest with temperatures already in the 30's from Danville and Lexington back to the west.
Temperatures will continue to fall and we may see a brief period of snow/sleet mixing with the rain as it ends early this evening.
After a start in the 20s your Tuesday will remain cold with increasing sunshine and a high just in the upper 30's.
