Anderson County investigators need your help identifying two men who they say stole thousands of dollars worth of cigars and cigarettes from a Lawrenceburg smoke shop.
Store surveillance cameras captured the break-in just after midnight Monday. Police say the men used a sledge hammer to smash through the store's front door, and then carried out trashcans full of merchandise and loaded them into the dark colored S-U-V parked outside.
The store's alarm system notified 9-1-1, but when police arrived eight minutes later, the men were gone.
Investigators are asking for your help identifying the men who were wearing ski masks and gloves at the time of the break-in, and are said to be driving a dark colored S-U-V.
Anyone with information is asked to call Anderson County Sheriff's Department at 502-839-4021.
