Emergency crews evacuated residents at an Owsley County apartment complex, and deputies arrested three people after investigators found an active meth lab.
Owsley County Sheriff's Office deputies say investigators found the lab inside the property manager's unit at the Booneville Homes Apartment around 11 p.m. Thursday. Several residents in nearby apartments were evacuated and checked out by EMS due to fumes coming from the lab. Officials say everybody was OK.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies arrested Justin Fox, 25, and Charlene Wilder, and charged them with manufacturing meth and wanton endangerment. Deputies also arrested Fox's mother, Diana Fox, 41, and charged her with wanton endangerment.
