EMS took three people to the hospital after a crash in Lexington early Friday morning.

Police say a van and a pickup truck collided at the intersection of Tates Creek Road and Man 'O War a little before 4 a.m. Three people in the van were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that officials call non-life threatening. Three people in the pickup did not suffer any serious injuries.

Police say one of the vehicles may have run a red light, and they continue to investigate.
