A grand jury has indicted three people for an alleged drug deal that turned deadly in Lexington last year.
Lazeric Givens and Darryl Stewart are charged with killing 26-year-old Jared Taylor in May of 2013 after a drug deal that went wrong. Latasha Parks was also indicted for complicity to murder.
Police say several people tied up Taylor with duct tape and shot him when he broke free and tried to run. A neighbor later found Taylor's body on a front porch along Carver Avenue.
All three were indicted on evidence tampering charges. They have already entered a not guilty plea to the charges they are facing.
