(AP) - University of Kentucky president Lee Todd and athletics director Mitch Barnhart are scheduled to give depositions next month in former basketball coach Billy Gillispie's lawsuit against the school.

Court notices filed Thursday in Dallas by Gillispie's attorneys say Todd will be deposed on Sept. 21, followed by Barnhart on Sept. 23. The legal filings also request undisclosed documents from Todd and Barnhart.

Gillispie sued the University of Kentucky Athletics Association in federal court in Dallas on May 27, claiming fraud and breach of contract stemming from his March firing. The university has countersued in Lexington.

The legal filings come on the same day Gillispie was arrested in Lawrenceburg on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He has pleaded not guilty.
