A murder trial involving three men charged in the death of a Fleming County couple will be moved.

A judge has decided to move the trial for Jason Jackson, Rodney Dotson and Ronald Fairchild. They're accused of gunning down Marlene Mauk and her boyfriend, Donald Walker, inside a mobile home back in 2005. Jackson is also accused of robbery and evidence tampering.

There is no word where the trial will be moved to, and a new judge has been assigned to the case.
