Former Scott County football star Percy Hargrove is waiting to find out if he and his ex-girlfriend will go on trial together in a murder case.

The Georgetown News Graphic reports a judge is considering a motion filed by Sheena Tipton's attorney to split the trial.

The couple is charged with killing Andrew Ingram in Clark County. Police say his body was found under a neighbor's porch in December.

Investigators say Hargrove shot Ingram after chasing him down during a home invasion. Court records claim Tipton drew Hargrove a map of Ingram's home.
