Police arrested a couple on meth charges after a theft at a Lexington Walmart Wednesday.
Police say Melissa Ann Miller, 31, stole lithium batteries from the Walmart on Nicholasville Road. During the investigation, officers found items for making meth in her car. Miller's boyfriend, Arlan Ray Connor, 37, was also in the vehicle.
Police arrested both Miller and Connor. They charged Miller with manufacturing meth and theft. Connor faces charges including public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing meth.
