Police continue to investigate an accident in Bourbon County that put two people in the hospital.

The accident happened early Thursday morning. Police have not given a lot of details, but say the incident started with some kind of altercation. Shortly thereafter, an SUV crashed in the square in downtown Paris.

One victim was flown to UK Hospital suffering from injuries officials called serious. EMS took a second victim to UK Hospital by ambulance.
