Two women learned their punishment Tuesday for allegedly duct taping a child to the floor at a Kenton County day care.

Alicia Lyons and Justina Rogers pleaded guilty to child abuse charges after police say the pair duct taped a toddler to the floor in October 2010.

Lyons was given a 30-day sentence. Rogers was sentenced to a 12 month conditional discharge, meaning she can not get in trouble for a year or there will be further legal consequences.
