Kentucky State Police arson investigators will head out to the scene of two suspicious fires in Bath County Wednesday.

A vacant mobile home and a two-story house about two miles apart along US-60 burned at he same time early Tuesday morning. Fire destroyed both homes.

Officials say firefighters were responding to the house fire around 1:30 a.m. when they spotted the burning mobile home.

Officials say they found a vehicle stuck in the mud with the lights on and the keys still in the ignition at the house. Police say there was a "large amount" of evidence and drugs inside the vehicle.

There were no reported injuries.
