Two people, including a UK basketball player, suffered minor injuries when a car driven by a drunk driver T-boned their vehicle early Friday morning.

Police say Wildcat guard Stacey Poole was the passenger in a black SUV driven by Larry Warren. As the SUV approached Euclid Avenue along East High Street around 2:30 a.m., a car swerved into the wrong lane. Warren tried, but failed, to avoid the oncoming car, which slammed into the SUV just in front of the passenger side door, pushing it into a parked Toyota Camry.

EMS took Poole and Warren to the hospital. Police described their injuries as minor.

Police arrested Scott. M. Roseberry, 22, and charged him with DUI and an insurance violation, according to the Fayette County Detention Center website.

Poole later Tweeted, "Yooooo, im good!!! but thanks everyone."
