The Wildcats finale in the Bahamas was been back and forth in the first half versus the Dominican Republic national team.
DRNT had a 14-3 run, which gave them a 5 point lead with 8 minutes left in the half.
UK's second unit (Tyler Ulis, Dominique Hawkins, Marcus Lee, Derek Willis and Karl-Anthony Towns) answered with a 19-5 run.
Kentucky led DRNT, 36-29 at the break.
The lead grew to as much as 13 points with nine minutes left in the game, but DRNT went on a 17-3 run to end the game.
Jack Martinez made a jumper over Andrew Harrison with 2.6 seconds to play to give DRNT a 63-62 lead.
Karl-Anthony Towns attempted to get the ball to Aaron Harrison in the final seconds but the pass was deflected.
Ulis led the Cats with 12 points. Towns and Willis each had 10 points.
Kentucky finishes the Big Blue Bahamas tour, 5-1.
