Dr. Robert Tannenbaum, the University of Kentucky professor charged with incest, says he is innocent.

Lexington police say a relative of the 67-year-old came forward last month with allegations that the professor forced that relative to have sex with him four to five times a week back in 1999. The relative was in eighth grade at the time.

A preliminary hearing for Tannenbaum is scheduled for Friday.
