UK Snags A Couple Of D-Linemen Out Of Tennessee

UK scored a pair of defensive lineman out of Tennessee.

Defensive end Christian Coleman and lineman Shaquille Love both signed Wednesday morning.

At 6-foot-3 and 279 pounds, Coleman was named to the Nashville Tennessean All-State Dream Team and also earned first team all-state honors.

He finished up his senior season with 116 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries, after missing most of his junior year due to an injury.

He comes out of Milan High School.

During the Tennessee East-West All-Star game, Coleman had eight tackles including four quarterback sacks and a forced fumble. He was ranked the No. 14 prospect in Tennessee by Rivals.com.

Love ranked at the No. 15 Tennessee prospect. The 6-foot-4, 281 pounder out of Harriman High School excelled on both sides of the ball. He was a first team All-State as an O-lineman chosen by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association and ranked as the No.90 defensive tackle by Scout.com.
