Warm, muggy and unsettled weather will continue to dominate your Stormtracker forecast the next few days. After rounds of showers & storms with flash flooding for a few counties late in the weekend & early this week we're still mired in a steamy and unstable airmass, Tuesday will end up partly to mostly cloudy with a few showers and storms possible and highs in the mid to upper 80s.
A complex of storms will develop late Tuesday to our northwest and dive southeast across the area this evening into early Wednesday morning- a few strong to severe storms are possible with heavy rain also a threat mainly over northwestern and northern Kentucky. It's looking like this wave will weaken and wash out as it crosses the Ohio River but it still bears watching. With an old cold front stalled across southern Indiana & Ohio we will see additional rounds of showers and storms through Thursday. Stay weather aware especially concerning flooding, we're already soggy and any additional torrential rain will lead to flash flooding.
