ELIZABETHTOWN (AP) - Voters in Elizabethtown have turned down liquor by the drink.
The News-Enterprise reported a liquor initiative failed Tuesday by 275 votes among fewer than 2,800 ballots cast. Officials called the turnout low.
Voters had overwhelmingly approved package liquor sales in October 2011.
Under commonwealth law, another referendum on liquor by the drink can't be held for three years in Elizabethtown.
